Foundation Credentialing is a business dedicated to providing administrative services, including provider credentialing and site privileging for clinical providers and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. The team works with the provider and the intended medical facility to create an accepted application and also coordinates with government and private payers for timely approvals to expedite the start date. The team prides itself in detailed responsive services.
To manage the processes of enrollment and privileging, as well as maintaining provider credentials, an advanced software platform is utilized. This tool also is integral for documentation of current stage of the provider’s application and, any related communications thereof.
Clients include partnerships with medical practices and facilities in a variety of specialties and sizes, independent practitioners, and medical billing organizations. The team provides equal commitment to the individual practitioner as to larger medical practices.
Shannon Arturi – Credentialing Program Manager
For over 20 years Shannon Arturi, program manager of Foundation Credentialing has worked in the credentialing/ privileging space. Her experience includes working with provider networks and helped create a large workers compensation provider networks. In 2013 she formed own company focusing on provider enrollment, credentialing, healthcare networks and consulting services. In 2018 she created the Credentialing Collaboration Group on Facebook where she connects thousands of members throughout the US and multiple countries to discuss all issues regarding credentialing. Shannon has a passion to train individuals on provider enrollment, Medicare Enrollments, verifications, and physician practice startups.
